I am a kind-hearted, inquisitive, and enthusiastic person who enjoys the outdoors. I value a cross-cultural perspective and a green lifestyle for myself and for my clients, which are crucial for lasting and positive transformations. Performing a deliberate or spontaneous gesture of generosity is a regular part of my spiritual practice.

Life is abundant with possibilities. I had daring visions. I’ve conquered obstacles and hurdles, persisted, and gambled on bold moves for great outcomes to achieve my dreams.

When I was a young adult, my roommate disclosed to me he had a chronic condition with only weeks to live. This made me appreciate how fleeting life is. Instead of settling down after my BA, I explored the world, taught English in Seoul, traveled to more than 30 countries and completed my top ten desires on my wish list.

Besides my professional coach training, I have a BA in sociology and economics and a Masters in cross-cultural and global leadership, with an emphasis on fostering communication. I’ve facilitated communication, multi-stakeholder environmental negotiations and, for several years, I was a wildlife reserve manager for one of the northern lake islands in ON. I’ve run art and nature workshops for children, teens and adults to unleash their creativity and bond with nature. For six years, I coordinated forest restoration as one of my volunteer activities for protecting nature.

I play in nature with forest bathing, hiking, kayaking, cycling, boating and swimming.
